Author Guidelines

A camera-ready electronic version of a full paper, maximum of 8 pages or approximately 20000 characters (extra pages: 10 EUR / page, up to 4 extra pages), including appendices and literature, should be prepared and submitted according to the Instructions for Authors using the provided Word or LaTeX template via Conference System. Two files need to be uploaded, one PDF file and an editable version (doc, docx, odt, or latex). Please be sure to include ALL authors of the paper in the submission process, but remove author names in the paper for blind review. Take notice that one person can be author or coauthor of at most two papers submitted to the conference.

The official Conference language is English.

All papers will be subjected to double-blind review process. Only papers that are submitted on time, formatted according to the provided templates and reviewed positively, for which the registration fee is paid, can be presented and published.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The text is ready for double-blind peer review (there are no author names, affiliations, grants or acknowledgements in the text)
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor has it been sent to another conference or journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The PDF version of submission file is prepared and formated according to Author Guidelines
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Template.
